Rules & Attestation

Pool Occupancy Limit: I acknowledge that no more than 6 occupants (or 8 for specific property types) are permitted in the pool facility per dwelling. I understand that violation of this rule will result in immediate revocation of clubhouse and pool privileges.

Parking & Towing: I acknowledge the community parking limits. Any vehicles parked improperly or exceeding the limit are subject to immediate towing at the owner's expense.

Final Attestation: I attest that all registered guests have been provided a complete copy of the Landing at Bayside Community Rules. I understand the homeowner is ultimately responsible for any violations or fines incurred during this stay.
